Suspension Is your ride slammed to the ground? Did you lift it so high you need a ladder to get in? Step in and let's talk about it.

Unhappy Stuck In Lift Mode, I Think?

New member, first time posting so bear with me please! It is about my
2005 A8L with 103K miles on it. I bought it about 25 days ago. It is beautiful and sweet. Unfortunately, last night, the two suspension warning lights, amber and green, came on. Amber stays lit and green flashes. Car rides with severe bounce, very sluggish, rarely goes over 60. My questions:

1) WTF is going on?
2) Why won't the MMI allow me to change the settings - Lift and Dynamic are both bland, not highlightable. Automatic is where it was and still stays highlighted but makes no difference.
3) Prior to this issue I have been having a consistent TPMS message with the TP light staying now completely lit. I have no readings at all in the MMI on TP or F. Someone says it may be that the sensor batteries are out. Dunno. But, is this related to the air suspension lights coming on/flashing?
4) How many more miles can I drive this car in this state? If it will cost a lot to fix I won't be able to do it right now and I need the car to go to Boston this weekend - about 550 miles round trip!

I need insights please!

The compressor or struts are going out or shot already. Hopefully you took care of the situation already. If not do it fast!
