I just bought my Audi last week. It has 118000 Km on it (73000~ miles). Shes a 1.8L Turbo Quattro. Currently I'm using the stock wheels. If I do upgrade it would be 18"/19" at max. If I want to lower my ride, do I need to buy just the springs or coilovers?

I live in Canada, if any of you guys know a reputable online dealer that will ship to Canada (maybe even originates in Canada, that would be awesome. My limit is probably around 600-700)
