2009 audi q7 TDI

Hello there , Im new here . I have 2009 audi q7 tdi diesel, i have check engine light on. I read codes, please see attachment . Please can you tell what could be wrong ?is it serious ? thanks

no one know that , what is that code mean or problem ????? I do not have audi dealer in my town.
