Default Vision Bulbs

Has anyone ordered anything from Vision Bulbs?. I've sent a payment to them for Xenon Interior Kit last 12/8 through paypal and I haven't gotten any thing about shipping info. The first two emails they replied to but the last two they didn't. Anyone have any problems with them? I also tried calling them but phone just kept ringing. Next email I'll send will be to ask for my money back.

none of their phone numbers seem to work I've tried all of them. They are a very reputable company, so i wouldn't worry about tem ripping you off, they may have misplaced your order. It usually takes them a couple days to email people back. I would give them a couple more days. Let us know what happens. Hope this helps. Happy Holidays

yeah, with Christmas and all, they're probably very busy business and personal wise. I'll give them till the end of the first week of Jan

I ordered from them it took about 2 weeks to get my order but when I dropped them an email they got right back to me and I got my kit..

it is the holiday season so I'd say they are closed for a of days. I doubt you are calling the right number because I called, they didn't pick up but I got their phone service/machine and left a detailed message and they literally called me back within 30 minutes. Keep in mind they also have kinda weird hours, they are located in the west coast but are open during east coast hours. (i.e 10-6 et.). but they are our sponsor so i wouldnt be concerned about them ripping you off.

hhmm doesn't make sense, you should at least get an answering machine...I would assume they are just closed for the holidays. sorry to hear about your luck so far. but just keep calling them up.
