When you go to that 76 station, just pop your head in the work shop and tell them you need 105. They don't have it on the pump, but in the back. The owner is really nice and friendly. Mixing 105 with pump 91 just increases your octane level and won't do any damage to your car. If you look inside the filler flap then you'll see that the ideal recommendation for our cars is 95 octane. I have the 93 program for REVO so I put 5 gallons of 105 in at a fill-up which gives me around 96 octane overall, then I refill at half tank and I can run the 93 program the entire time. Just so you are aware, the price of 105 is now $9.25/gal. If you don't have any ECU mods then you'll might not notice any increase with the higher octane, other than your car will run smoother.

Paint protection was a $500 dealer "add-on" that I originally made them take off, but when they were desparate for the sale, threw back in for free. I'll let you know how it goes since this is my first year back with them. I have a good size spot on the hood that bird poo took off the clear coat, so we'll see.

Are you making it up to SLO for the GTG on Saturday? You'll meet some cool guys and see at least one nicely modded A3.

Cause i think my driveline is going to fall out on this long of a trip, or the wheels are going to fall off from the vibration. hahaha

My car is going in for 15k service at Mission ViejoAudi and having them detail it.....I really hope they will skip on reflashing my ecu. I'll try to remember to bring my quick detailer and wheel cleaner so the rides can be nice and clean for the photo shoots
