I am ready to plan this.

All I need to know is the date. I knownext month is going to be a busy month with all the activities going on so I was thinking of June (so far away from now) but Chef would not be able to make this. [:@]

How about this weekend? Only problem is with dimsum is there is usually a LONG wait, like 1 hr long.

Yeah, there is usually a long wait. I don't remember if NBC takes reservations (I think they do) but if they don't, I'm willing to head out earlier and get a number in line so by the time you guys get there, the table will be (or close to) ready.

This weekend doesn't sound too bad actually but I can only do Saturday for this weekend. Also I don't know if this is too short of a notice for everyone. [:@]
