yes since i used to work at a dim sum place ill tell you dim sum is an everyday thing
but on the weekdays they have less stuff becasue theres less customers
usually old or reheated dimsum
on the weekends they usually server everything
sunday would be the best day casue its the busiest so that means they would keep crankin out fresh dim sum

Yep. I work at a big mexican restaurant. I can assure you stuff is reheated every day, and saved for the next day.. its the restuarants left overs. not somebody elses.

Thats normal.

Hey Nam,
did you go to culinary school? how much does being a chef make, cause my girl is pushing me to go to culinary school but i'm leaning towards network IT (cause thats all i've ever done since i was a kid)

I think there is way more oppurtunity in networking and IT. my buddy just got promoted at a company in Anheim hills, and he says there are jobs popping up everywhere.

Yeah, networking and IT is a HUGE opportunity... only problem is i've been doing it since i was a kid, i'm good at it but teh problem is that i've done it for so damn long its not interesting to me anymore... i like to cook so the woman said i should go to culinary school since one of my goals is to open 2 different restaurants by the time i'm in my mid-late 20s...
