I just bought my car and it came with the factory 225/50/17's on 17x7.5 rim. My questions are can i put a 235/45/17 on this rim (all season?) if so what would be a good all season tire? My next question is i want to also lower the car maybe 1" in the rear and 1.5 upfront? Will that work if the 135's fit? What would be a good lowering set up? Springs or coilovers? Finally will they scrub if i do lower it? Thanks! Sorry if these questions have been answered already!

The 235/45R17 will fit on the OE wheel in a 17x7.5. It is the largest tire we recommend for the wheel but it will fit. For a tire recommendation, if you want all season, I would suggest the Bridgestone Potenza RE-970 AS Pole Position, Continental Extreme Contact DWS, or Michelin Pilot Sport AS Plus. These are all season performance tires that would work very well. I have included a link to our reviews and test on these tires.

For the spring kit we offer the Eibach ProKit, which on average lowers your Audi 1.2" in front and rear. If you stick with these size tires and use this kit you shouldn't have any rubbing or "scrubbing". For the Coil-over kit we do have a couple of options for the vehicle.
