I was wondering if I can increase the size of tires on my 2006 A4 Avant 3.2 Quattro? Currently I have the OEM size of 235/45-17 and was wondering if I could go to 245/45-17 keeping the same wheels. I was looking to fill out the wheel well a tad more. Bad idea? Other options? Thanks.

 

245/45R17 should work well on the A4 with no rubbing issues. I don't have any other options to recommend and I would suggest doing any larger.
