My 2002 A6 4.2 came stock with 235x50 r16 tires and they are no longer manufactored.Yet, my local Audi dealership cannot tell me what Corp Audi recommends as a safe replacement. Since I have kids, I want to Audi recommendation versus the tire shop that says a narrower tire is OK. I am still running winter tires and need to get new tires, but am held back by Audi. Can you help?
