Default Tire size replacement
I have a 2007 Audi Q7 3.6 Premium Plus with tires that are. 265/50 R19
Is there another tire size I can use as a replacement?

Are you going to keep your exisiting 19" wheels? If so, what is the width of the wheel you currently have?
