I would like to put 18" RS4 gunmetal wheels on my Silver A4 (b7) but don't realy know what would be a right size of tire, I heard that because of the Quatrro it is not smart to put different tire size's front and rear.

I'm now driving 235-45-17 and i'm wondering if 245-40 or 45 -18 would fit good ?

Do a google search for "tire size calculator" and you can find the best size. Long as all four tires are the same you're ok with respect to quattro.
