Is anyone rocking these tires on their Audi? If so, how are they? How do they handle wet and dry? How's the tread life been?

I have an Audi A4 Quattro that I need new tires for (235/45/17). I really want the Conti Extreme Contact DWS, but they are backordered everywhere and I need to pull the trigger by this weekend. So, I am considering these are possibly even Pirelli P6 Four Seasons.

I drive mainly in-town and freeway. I live in Northern California so besides the occasional rain, we mostly get dry, hot weather here. Zero snow driving thus far since I've owned my Audi (3 years).
