Default when i put the clutch in

my car dies i have no idea whats going on no matter my speed it dies its scary when it happens at 50!
any ideas?

is that one sentence starting with the thread title all the way thru to the 50! ?

without any other information, since you have a 2.8, im going to say bad idle controler?

yes it is sorry it was late i was tired.
i just shift reallly fast and hope the rpms dont drop to insanely fast.

do you have a CEL, uless you can give omse better descriptions im gonna agree with ghost and say its the idle controller. do the rpms just drop or does it wanna die but you just shift fast. does it run rough, how is it when idleing.

k well the rmps were dropping extremely fast and it would die if i didnt shift as fast as i possibly could and get my foot back on the gas quickly.

it idles a little rough at times but not all the time thats the weird part.
no CEL
it now hasnt done it for a couple of days and i cant figure out why. i always let my car warm up i never romp on it and drive like a jerk i dont know what has caused this.

check for vacuum leaks also. And maybe clean your throttle body.

vacume leaks are a negative i just had the hoses replaced because i did have one.
but ill try the throttle body
