Default Custom Exhaust Question

I will be getting an Exhaust + DP for my B6 S4. I've searched online and looks like AWE, Milltek and APR have some good ones. The only thing is that the price of the exhaust and the downpipe with a high flow cat is $3000+ then there will be shipping them tu Turkey which is another $600 and customs fees which is about $700. Basically these exhaust setups will cost me about $4500 in total.

There is a company here who make custom exhausts and they are proven to be one of the best around. I will be buying the high flow cats and the rear mufflers and they will do all the piping.

Here are my questions:

1) Which brand high flow cat should I buy?? (Magnaflow??)
2) Which brand muffler should I buy?? (Supersprint??)
3) What should be the exhaust piping size for best results powerwise?
4) Should I go with a high flow cat setup or catless for max hp results??
5) What am I going to do with the O2 sensor if I do a catless setup?? How am I going to prevent the Check Engine light from coming on??

Thanks...

1. Cats are all the same so i guess the cheapest
2. Glass pack for rumble
3. Id say twin 2.5 in.
4 and 5. Catless over high flow is a very minimal gain. To prevent CEL(Check Engine Light) from coming on, you need spark plug defoulers. They screw into the O2 bung and pull the O2 sensor out of the stream of exhaust to prevent it from reading all of the exhaust gas.
