hey guys i have a 1.8t and wanted to see some pix of where you put the bottle and what not.

I dont think a bottle is a papular within the audi. but definatly some did.
I think the bootle would be mounted in the trank, in the left corner after the whel cover.
the nozile I think would be mounted just before the throtle. and the controle box would be mounted on the firewall.
I would think most people did was a wet system, couse audi hates lean out. :eek:
I believe N2O could give 50% save of power. couse the engines can withtand getting from 150HP to 300HP and more.

PS.: I think you should not play with stuff as nitro on audi, becouse of the turbo. you could probably burn it out easilly from overspean and overheat. In the long run refiling the bottles would cost you the same and more compare to just geting bigger turbo w/program like K04 and GT28*

I would never do it, but N20 in an Audi would look pretty crazy... I would feel more comfortable putting it in a crap civic, before an Audi... But that's just me... [&:]

me too, I would prefer cryon insteat NO2, and thats just me.
really, NO2 will burn through the engine. The crapy civic if burns you just throw it away, audi you keep :D
it is safe and reliable if safe and on that setup you will definatly be lower if you go just go with KO4 setup or GT setup.
unless you drug streep and really need it, then you definatly dont require it. think about <1000 buks for NOS or 1500buks for K04

what is cryon?

Cryon is a CO2 injection. actually it does not work like Nitro. However it still lowers the air temperature by like 50F which is same as nitro thously alowing to get more air into the engine.
The advantage of it is that its cheap, can be used for long time, minimal sideafects, little or no damage to the engine.
The disadvantage is that there is a limit of what it can do, I think somewhere it was writen like 30% increase and thats maximum. on nitro you can go even higher.

so basically think of the cost in the end. the recharge a bottle of NOS is more expensive that to recharge bottle of cryon.
