How well will the 2.8 30V motors hold up to nitrous? I was thinkign about running a 100 shot? But I'm unsure hwo this motor will take it. Anyone have any thoughts?

Takes most chiped 1.8T's with it
I assume the 30V would produce more power with the Nitrous than the 12v, the V6 bottom end can not take a lot of pressure so be careful.
I would post on the B5 forum if u really wanna do it. I was kind of thinking about it myself.
Im sure that you need a specific kit not to make it go boom.

 

I just wait to somebody todo it first and then, tell me how its look like.Personnaly,I would not put a 100 shot cause is look to much for the engine.DONT GET TWISTED, Im not a RACER but a lil bit of power when you realy need it is always helpful. I will put betwin 35 and 50. Like I was tellin in a other post, a lot of2.8 (stock)owner talk like theyare driving a F1 (my 2.8 is a fast car and bla,bla bla).I been a couples weeks that im driving one and im sad a bit cause nah man, a 2.8 isnot that fast... My dad is driving a passat 1.8t and is look like this car have more response when is the time to press gaz. However, i got the chance to drive a toyota aristo 3.0V(my brother car)and when I go back to my ride, its look so, but so much slow. I think its why I would like to put a lil bit of life to that 2.8.

 

yeah my 2.8 is slow as dirt, my civic si with a few bolt ons is quicker than that beast. every one here says the 2.8 is made for crusing not dragging plus im in a a6 2.8 so i dont know if it matters
