i knew what this thread was gunna be about when i read the title.. It will work either way.. I was told its not the best idea with a rubber diaphram DV such as stock or 710n though... I had mine flipped for about a month and switched it back cuz boosting didnt feel the same.. Could have been placebo though.

alright thanks. i just got my apr 93 software yesterday and put the 710n on right after that. It feels the same in both directions. I have read that it may take around a week for your car to get used to the upgrade, is that true? I can really tell a difference now but it doesn't seem consistent. I don't have a boost gauge yet but i am defintely going to get one in the next few days so i know how much boost i am running.

Yeah inconsistant boosting/performance is how it goes after getting chipped for a little while.. Right after i got chipped it was awesome.. later tha night while driving it felt like stock and scarred me.. But it should be done adapting after about a week, sometimes it takes longer depending on your driving habbits.
Deffinately get a boost gauge.
