Default 1998 A8 front AC vents - one cold, the other not

I have a 98 A8. When the AC is on, only the passenger side of the front vents blow cold air, the driver side is luke warm. I pulled the center vents and it is definatley coming from where the fan air originates. Iranthe AC code and the left digital display reads: 03.3. Interior Temperature Sensor, in Instrument Panel, sporadic open. Does anyone know where this sensor is located on the A8? I have no clue and would rather not send to the dealer. Please help.

The interior temp sensor is located inside the a/c control head. But more than likely the problem is with one of the temp blend doors, its a dual climate design.
