So ever since I got my car my key has never worked. I took it to radio shack to get batteries and I didnt see how the guy put everything back. Maybe he did it wrong, or my key just doesnt work. I draw a diagram of what I think its right. Just let e know thanks

Cincy did you look at my diagram at all? Its already pulled apart I just wanted to know if it was put back right.

Nope, i didnt see it. But it looks about right. I would say your key is messed up.

mine didn't work after changing the batteries, theres something you gotta do to re-sync it with the car, but I dont know what. Whatever it is, I stumbled thru it, because the key started working again one day. Gotta be something about it in the manual....

I change my batteries and it work just fine....well after i put the batteries back in the correct way

but where does the single circle piece go. The one thats in the diagram by its self? Between the 2 batteries?

Dont have that piece. Apparently theres a few different variations in key fob battery layout, some guy on AW posted up the difference between 2 keys, one used one big battery, the other used 2 thinner ones. Hard to say what exactly it is you have.
