Default I got EXTREMLY screwed...

okay i need help i bought a 2004 audi a4 1.8turbo on saturday about after an hour of havin it i had problems clutch problems gears wouldnt shift ( car has 35.5k 6 speed manual) so brought it back to the dealer i got it at and they depressurized the clutch and tht was supposed to fix it, i got home w.e next morning i drove to work everythign okay at the end of the day i started the car waited about 5 mins for it to warm up then started driving from around the back of the building then i went into neutral and pulled up slowly to the street. when i went to drive again i couldnt drop it to first or any other gear. called up the dealer they brought a tow truck and towed it away, on mondy they took it to the audi dealership nd audi said its the clutch, now the dealer tht i brought it from is blaming it on me saying that i burned the clutch by perhaps downshifting which is a load of crap or i was beating on it which is also a load of crap. now my question is , is it honestly possible to break the clutch with havin the car drive for about 15 miles , shifting every 3000-3500 rpms? and having to drive the car for about idk um about 35 mins in total? please help me bc im about to shoot somebody i spent 18,500 $ and now i might possibly have to spend another 600 $ for everything/...

Sounds like a load of crap to me.. If you are getting the clutch fixed for $600 that's a pretty good deal!!

No warranty on the car?

um well the car is still under warranty but the clutch isnt , but its a load of crap bc iv had the car for about 30 mins before anythign happend. and i didnt spend all that money on to go on fixing it. If the dealer that i bought the car from is really gona make me pay for it ill tell him that either he can take care of it or ill see him in court because honestly i belive that its impossible to **** up the clutch that quickly. he had 3.5 weeks to find me that car bc he told me that hes looking for the best one you know best as no scratches or anything mean while there is so much **** tht shoudldnt be there that i could honestly probably get a better deal if i was looking myself.. oo well..i know for a fact Im not paying for the new clutch.

Similar thing happened to me. I bought my baby and next day, not even 24 hours after shaking hands, and less than 3 hours of actual drive time, the turbo blew!!! My car exhaust was smoking like a chimney in the middle of winter...i was pissed! Went back to the dealer and just laid into the salesman, his manager, his manager, anyone i ran into in the service department, even the dealership owner got involved. I bitched that the car should never haven been sold in this condition, and that if it really did go through your "115 point inspection" you missed some $h!t and that now I can't trust the integrity of anything else they inspected....5 weeks later, and I don't know how many rental cars, the whole turbo got replaced, the car got full detail, they put brand new Pirelli's on it. I think if you just bitch loud enough and to enough people, it will get taken care of.

The only way to blow a clutch in 15 miles is if it was 100% done when you started. What a rip off!

screw that...I would take that car back to the dealership and tell them you want your money back. Im not sure how many days you have to return the car but thats what I would do. Go back there, threaten that you want to return the car because they sold you a car with a poop clutch so that way they will replace your clutch for free. If they dont, I'd still return it and look elsewhere for a different audi.

ya you will get more power but it wont give u that kick that you are probably looking for. Before I did all my mods, I ended up getting my B6 chipped with GIAC, had myAWE exhaust and it really didnt do much for me. Not untill I got the big turbo i have now.
