Hello everyone, I just purchased 1995 Audi A6 FWD, 116k. Am I screwed???

yes, well maybe no, but probably yes. Well unless you bought it on a Monday, then definitely no, but if you bought it Tuesday thru Sunday, then definitely yes.

Right now I gotta replace my muffler because it has some rusty metal in it and it sounds like the car is choking, also i gotta program my infrared remote and replace my abs module which s like $50 used, well today i replaced my AC Control bulbs and for some reason the display is malfunctioning

I don't know what to say. You are probably young, this is probably your first car and you chose a 12 year old german car. This isn't bad, but could be. Going with the you are young and first car scenario, you need to lower your expectations of everything working. Second, read, read, read, search, search, search every answer you will ever need is here, you just need to search. There is no reason this car has to screw you, but this is not a 12 year old Camry, this is an Audi, with every bell and whisle. You need to call every Audi dealer and local german repair shops and get all the available service records. Has your timing belt been changed? More than likely it has, but who knows. Audis are great cars, treat it well and it will treat you well.

Thanks Jeff, Well I'm almost all done with it, I got it for $1100, and I think it was a good deal, my dad is a Used German Cars dealer, so it wont be hard treating and fixing that thing, Well thanks alot guys, preciate it

With your dad as a used sales dealer might help. It all depends if he can help you with the repairs, if any. Good luck with you car purchase.
