Hi everyone im new here but already I need some help my 97 audi a4 2.8 is like real wobbly no matter what it is I seem to replace two weeks ago I saw cv boot ripped so I got a new pass side axel w/boot, it felt good at first then after avfew hours it started wobbling and feeling like something kept loosening up so I replaced both tievrod ends the oouter ones and tried to drive it again still wobbling but less and im talking like wobbling like a circus car. So I know I still have to try alignment but I dont know any other type car that has ever felt so bad unless all rims were realy bent and minevare not ,..can anybody give me some help or advice please.

The control arms are known fail points on these cars. I would have them looked over and if they need replacement, Genuine & OEM European Car Parts | BMW Volvo Audi VW Mercedes Saab | FCP Euro sells a good kit at a good price.

There's really not a lot of info to go on there.
What is shaking? The steering wheel? The brake pedal? The whole front end?
Is it just under braking? Does it shake when you are on the gas or off? Does it shake when you put it in neutral? In neutral with the motor turned off? Does it shake at a stop light?

A shaking, wobbling car will usually have something loose enough to find just by shaking the suspension parts. Jack up one wheel at a time, then grab the tire and jank it left and right, up and down, feeling for slop or movement. A little movement that makes the steering wheel move is normal; you are trying to find a loose ball joint or bearing.

I'm with Devil on this one. Most likely the control arms. The FCP Euro kit is excellent and if you can turn a wrench, it's not that hard of a DIY.
Other highly likely problems could be a tire out of balance or just time for new tires. Even if the control arms aren't the problem, you will be surprised how good the car feels after installing new ones, so it's not a waste of money. Many tire shops can check the balance of your tires as well for a small fee, and tell you if you need new ones.
