will 1.8t intake work on 2.0t?

I just traded my 2005 1.8t for a 2008 2.0t, and I was curious if i took my aftermarket intake from the 1.8 if it will work on the 2.0 or not. Thanks.

It most likely will not, but I suppose there is no harm in checking. The engine bays are physically the same but the turbo setup is quite different
