Default 1991 100 needs a few things

I just got a 100 4 dr sedan with the 5 cyc. A/C not working..getting fixed.
Here are the things I need help with.

How to get the radio out of the dash so I can put in a new one that has a cd player. The audi one doesn't turn on anyhow.

The light behind the shift indicator does not light up so you are not able to tell the shift you are in at night. How to get to that light?

The front of the motor moves up when you shift into drive. Is that normal or is there a motor mount in front that needs replacing?

Anyone have a parts picture of the components for the cruise control? Only thing missing is the linkage between the air module and the accelerator linkage. Someone either removed it or it broke. Where can I get these parts?

I have a 1994 100 with leather seats and they are power. Can they be moved over to the 1991? I can do the work and rig the electrical if someone has the knowledge if this is possible.

Thanks

TO the OP, the radio probably requires special radio removal tools to get out (not sure on your particular model due to its "classic-ness"). The dash is held on with a couple of screws that are probably behind some trim panels that just "pop" off (usually breaking some stuff). Once you have that removed you can just replace the burned out bulbs.
Not sure about the rest of your questions.
