90 90 5cyl cold start problems
Hello everyone, hope somebody has either some ideas or has maybe experienced the same problem.
Problem: In the morning and after sitting for 3 to 4 hours, car won't start(right away) after holding the throttle down and "turning it over" after about 15-30 seconds it starts to fire and will start and idle rough 200-600 rpms. After it runs for a minute, jumps up to 1000 rpms and runs fine, until the next time it sits for 3 to 4 hours. Also while this is going on, while its running between 200-600 rpms if i go to give it gas will kill unless i let off it.
I replaced the fuel pump and the filter, but there are so many sensors that I think it could be. Any ideas would be helpfull.
Even though I've been driving it like this for about 6 weeks, afraid it's not going to start one morning. Mean while I bought a 88 80 today, to drive while I try to figure it out.
thanks, Scott
