All,

I have recently determined (via my VAG-COM diagnostic tool) that my ECT sensor(G62) is bad. However, I cant find ECT sensor anywhere! [:@]The Bentley manual points to the rear of the engine on the drivers side as the general location of the sensor. I tried over and over to locate it on my car with no luck!

I have attached a few pics of the area of the engine the ECT is supposed to be located.

This is starting to drive me crazy!!! Can anyone help me locate this component??
