Default 95 Cabriolet 2.6 V6 ABC engine - misfiring low revs

Hi guys, I am just about to embark on a mission to locate the issue and solve the problem of my beautiful car misfiring and hesitating when pulling off/slowing down in low gears and revs and want to detail this concisely so others can fix this issue quickly as possible.

It is not going to be a quick turn-around and would like any assistance available in locating parts on the engine and helping me with this problem.

Things i'm going to check and replace/clean:
Plugs
Leads
Injectors - clean (replace if necessary)
Fuel filter
Lambda/Hall/Air flow mass sensors
Ignition coil
Throttle body - clean

After a bit of research and process of elimination I am going to miss out the idle air valve and the camshaft sensor as these do not seem to factor with the problem i have.

First question: does anyone know the correct gap measurement for the plugs on these engines?

Ok, fuel filter replaced and throttle body all cleaned and I can feel a more smoother acceleration after the misfire.

On closer inspection and research the V6 engines DO NOT have MAF's.

On further inspection one of the vacuum breather hoses/pipes to one of the cylinder heads was missing, awaiting new part to arrive (£50!).
