Just got myself a 1985 Audi 5000. And suddenly the electrics went funny. I'd shut off the engine and the cooling fan would turn on and the heater would start up. The batter would drain overnight. So now whenever I park the vehicle< I have to reach under the back seat and disconnect the battery. Bloody irritating. Is this a simple problem, like a relay, or an expensive problem, like reprogramming the computer? Any help from someone who had a like problem and can tell me how they fixed it would be appreciated.

 

it might be a real PITA problem ... start checking your wiring
