audi 80: windshield wiper, heater fan and engiene temperature

audi 80: windshield wiper, heater fan and engiene temperature
I have and Audi 80 Avant, '93 model
3 questions:
1. The heater fan only works at level III and IV. I assume a resistor somewhere i bust. Does anyone know where it sits?
2. When I turn of the windshield wiper it stops in the middle of the window! Does anyone know what is wrong and where the problem is located?
3. Radiator fan does not start when engine is to hot. But I can force it to start with the aircondition. What do you think is wrong?
