Default 2003 Allroad Head Light Funky Fit ?

So I have been working on my 03 2.7T AR for about 4 months. And am pretty much done with it. Well at least for now. I ordered some headlights from a company in Berlin don't want to throw them under the bus. But gave them my Vin number and to make sure they would fit my Make and model and was told these would work. Well this is what it came out looking like. They have not returned any of my emails, So I was wondering if any of you would know of a ok fix for this ? They are about 3/8 of a inch on both sides from head light to hood. I was thinking maybe thicker weather stripping. But also thought maybe I hit a salvage yard and see if a A6 hood would fit. All Brain farts but would love to here what you think. Being I cant return them or exchange. Thanks in Advance for any advice!

After doing a bit more digging and sending several emails, I think I discovered that A6 lights won't fit the Allroad because of the reason you;ve unfortunately discovered. They are different part numbers.

Most companies replied to my emails saying they were different, but a couple (including two from Germany) did say they would fit fine! Maybe we should 'name and shame' if they wont return emails or allow you to exchange.

Incidentally, I got an email from lltek.com saying these would fit the allroad fine: http://www.lltek.com/audi_headlights...g_lights_f.htm
Unfortunately, if that is true, they only do LHD, so no good for me in the UK!

I actually dont think they look bad on the car sure they are not perfect but they could look worse if you really wanted to you could have some black plastic custom bent in to 90 degrees and connect them to the sides of grille If that makes sense. Id really like to see more photos of the whole car if thats cool with you. Im looking for more Ideas to make my allroad look nice. I like the matte finish is the whole car matte?

Hey CarbonHornet I just used thicker weather stripping for now. I think i will work on a boser hood a little further down the line. There are a few photos in the garage part of my profile and am hoping to take some more soon. Thanks for the idea it really is not bad I'm just super OCD with my cars hahahah
