Default Allroad 2004 Keys lost programming

Key remotes don't open central locking and don't disarm the alarm.

Report came up saying the keys number range were too high.

1 key stopped working, but spare was fine, then spare failed 6 months later after being in at the Mechanics.

Is there a way I can reprogram them in?

I would check the batteries in the key fob.

Check these pages for info on programming central locking.

If it won't start the car, check on the immobilizer programming;
