Hello All,

My transmission is shifting very strangly, and I am getting a Fault code 18159.
18159 P1751 Power Supply Voltage High Voltage

The only additional info I can find is:
18159 P1751 2 Dcy E18/2 (E18/2 may be something related to hydraulics)

Does anyone know what is causing the fault code? What power supply voltage is high, and what sensor is reporting it. Is this why my transmission is shifting strangely. It almost feels like a misfire in the engine, and the car hesitates then picks back up. There are no misfore codes, and this is the only code that the car is reporting.
