Default Allroad overboost problem

Hi, I need s ome advise on my Audi Allroad 2.7. I have overboost problems on my FrankenTurbo's. The install was done by the former owner and he had a shop to do it, but not a very good one I am afraid, I had to fix a lot of leaks. I have checked the hoses connected to the N75, and they are fine and hold 20 PSI. I have analyzed the driver side. The hose feeding the waste-gate are blocked. I disconnected on the actuator as well, and no air comes through. I then tried to add a new hose on the actuator and feed up to 20PSI in and the actuator arm still doesnt move. I have loosen the bolts at the end of the pin. the pin is pulls in, but still no movement when I apply air pressure.

At this point it would seem that the actuator is bad as well as the hose. Just seems like an odd coincidence. I have not looked yet at the passenger side, but I would suspect it's the same.

Is the actuator likely bad, or am I missing something?

False alarm. Sorry about that. I was out-smarted by my bicycle pump, which I used for air pressure testing. I found a leak in the passenger side hose feeding the waste-gate. My actuators are fine, just need to replace the hose. Easier said that done.
