Default Engine change - reuse accesories?

My 2.7T has 165k on it, timing belt coming up and will get new turbos. So I decided to buy a used lower mileage engine (90k, but has been sitting outside the car for 3 years).

I am now debating: put 'old' alternator, starter, AC compressor, power steering pump on the 'new' motor (all running fine), or use the 'new' ones on the 'new' motor on?

If its no big deal to change (with the engine in, car hoist available), then it doesn't really matter. But for any of the above components that require a LOT of time to change change, I would put the 'best foot forward' (or even play it really save and have them reconditioned?)!

Any advise, recommendations, opinions, comments are welcomed!
