Default Problem to shift the gear lever out of the Park position

Hello to all,

When temperature is very cold, specially first time in the morning when I start the engine I have this strange behavior: can't move the automatic gearbox lever.
When I brake, I hear the normal "click" that should release the gear lever, but the red light on the left of the gear lever remains red and I can't move it out of the "P" position.
Have then to leave the engine running for about 10 minutes prior to have the possibility to have the gear lever unlocked, in order to shift to Drive position.

Any similar "experiences" out there or feedback?

Thank you in advance.
