Default automatic gear shift delay problem

Hi,

i own a 2001 a4 1.8t tiptronic.
i think i have a problem...
there are situations in which there is a very serious delay in upshifting. very noticeable from first to second gear ( in automatic mode ), for example. that is, it won't upshift until it revs around 6000. easing the pressure on the gas paddle won't cause it to upshift. this usually happens after a kick down. i know it has a DSP system and that there is a constant change between programs. but this seems to be too exaggerated. if i insist on keeping it on 4000 revs, it will finally upshift after a few long seconds but it happens violently.

in short, it doesn't seem like normal behavior, even when taking DSP into account.

i'll appreciate any help on this.

There should be a sensor for vaccum so that the transmission knows the throttle opening.
