suspension adjustment not working

hey everyone,
so this morning i came outof work and got in my car and tried to lower it to the lowest setting and nothing happens. the light on the buttoncomes on but the car doesn't lower or raise. i don'thave acess to a vag-comto check forany error codes. andwanted to see if anyone hade any similar problems before with this before i went to the dealership to getit checked out

it's on the mid setting right now. like i said you push the button and nothing happens. the light doesn't flash or anything.it was working fine when i parked it. it was on the lowest setting then but it raises itself all the time.

I simply turn my AR off then restart.
it works fine.

are all 3 lights on? is it in jack-mode? dumb q i know but until i read the manual i didnt even know how to engage the jack mode for the first month after i bought the car.

it's not in jack-mode, but i can put it in it just fine. and only one light is on it looks fine but it doesn't work.

Hi! I got the same problem!
I have found that next ignition start after running for over 110 miles/h, enables temporary the ability to level up the susspension. However the very next ignition, I got the system back to normal - i.m. not possible to change the height level of the susspension. My defaults itself on the lowest possible, therefore limits my driving zones.
I have yet to plug in the VAG. Will keep you informed what the computer is going to tell me.
