Timing Chain Problem

I've been advised that my timing chain has jumped ruining the cylinder head and I'm facing an $8,000 repair. While it is a 2013 model and has 205,000 miles on it, I'm surprised I've never been warned about this .
Any ideas on recourse?

Did you say 2013!!!! Timing chain/guide/tensioner issues is VERY common with the C5 Allroad 4.2L V8s (2004 & 2005) I had no idea the new B8 2.0T Allroads where having problems as well.....
and holy crap. A 2013 with 205K?
