I am selling the engine out of my 2004 Audi A6 Quattro Avant. It is a 3.0L V6 with 93k on it. All cam tensioners, pulleys and serpentine belt were replaced with timing service around 73k. Includes everything shown in photos. Also includes valve covers and oil cap (not shown in photos).

Engine was starved of oil while driving and one of the camshaft bolts sheared off. My mechanic believes either the oil pump failed or some other oil circulation issue was the cause. I have not removed the heads to inspect for bent valves etc. This would be a great project for someone to rebuild or even part out, but I just do not have the time.

I am asking $400 OBO. Prefer that you pick it up (I can help you load it, its not too heavy), but if you need it shipped I'm sure we can make arrangements. If you are interested or would like to see more detailed pics please PM me.
