Used for about 6 months to pass emissions by previous owner
after some research, It turns out to be an ATP 3" HFC.... $250 new.... Previous owner told me it was a Milltek.
looking for 140 and we'll work out shipping , need the money for a problem diagnosis with my car
Edit: 200 cells i believe and will NOT fit stock turbo w/o modification (notice band adapter)
