Default night glare

Many of us are still using the plummeting prismatic rear-view mirror designs in our cars that we move to a different place at night. This change greatly lessens the glare from the headlights of autos behind us. With the arrival of xenon headlights, the light increased up to three fold making the glare even worse. Lots of cars now slot in leveling systems to help decrease this problem but night glare is still a serious safety matter. What do you think we can do to help this problem?
