they are tough to find. You might want to check www.navplus.us. Many of us are upgrading from our Sym I and Sym II's to the RNS-E.
Also, if you can find a Sym II with SAT button from an A6 (4B0 unit), you can swap the faceplate from your existing Sym II....to make it fit.
