as the title says, i want to know if there are rca jacks to hook up a rca/3.5mm cable

 

No there are not, when i installed a subwoofer in my 2000 A4 with the bose system, symphony radio, to make rca inputs all I did was splice into the rear deck speaker wires before the bose amp, splice into the rear deck left/right + and then into the common ground, get and rca cable and cut off one side and splice in and your good to go
