WTB Headlight Washer Nozzle

Could use a little help finding a headlight washer nozzle for my A4. I broke mine and now I can't put the cap back over the hole in the bumper. If you can help let me know. Thanks for the read.

I still need to find this part so I can cover up the hole in my bumper. Any help appreciated. That is all. Beep Beep...
