Would like some knowledge/advise on just how wide a wheel and tire I can put on my S4 Avant... I have the stock 17's on now, not even sure what they're width is (8?) ... I want to go up to 18's and want to know if 8 or 8.5 wheel size is recommended/possible , and if tire size 235 (225 x 40 is always recommended) will fit without scraping fenders... Car is stock height at the moment, but could be doing some spring work that might lower a bit, definitely don't want to slam it, just stiffen it up a bit for better handling. I'm looking at ASA ST4 wheels.... Any thoughts? Thanks in advance....
