2009 A3 engine rattles during acceleration

Has an body had a following issue with their new 2009 A3?
When I accelerate, especially when I merge onto a freeway, I can hear a rattling sound in the engine. Is this normal?

My 2008 does the same thing... I think that's the turbo spooling. I could be wrong, that's just a guess
