Dual climate control works on passenger side but does not respond to controller on driver side. It started with only heat coming out and now its cold or outside air coming out depending on if the Econ buttons is On. I first noticed a problem when coincidentally I got a dash light and code for a side marker light bulb out. Side marker bulb is working. Could it be more complicated than a faulty air mixer flap actuator?
