Default A3 Bluetooth

I did not get the technology on my 2007. Now I wish I did. Is there any way to activate the bluetooth capability?

contact your audi dealership... I think it's ~$800-900, do you have navigation, with MMI or just the single din radio? I don't know if that makes a difference

Dealership won't install the factory bluetooth unless it came with the car. Your best option is the Parrot 3000 and they have a steering wheel control adapter too. Just google it.

the dealership was the first place I went. And like Chef said, they wouldn't touch it. The Parrot 3000 looks like it may do the trick though. Motorola soes something similar but it costs a lot more the the Parrot. I may nee to investigate why the big price difference.
thanks for the information!

NSX Jr sells the OEM parts with detailed instructions for installation.I have not bought or installed it nor would I try to, as it seems to be pretty much a professional installation job. I have however been contemplating finding someone locally to do it.

You can install it yourself but the costs are just outrageous. I'd rather buy a nice bluetooth headset with diamonds

Great information, Thanks! $900.00 bucks for a bluetooth kit is a bit more than I was looking for though. I am going to evaluate the motorola and the Parrot and see which one performs the best for the buck.
