Default A3 brake lights

I've had a light bulb fail on me on the rear passenger side of my car...Any tips on how to replace the bulb? there aren't any access panels like most cars have so i'm at a bit of a loss as to how to get to it without ripping out the entire rear interior of my car. I know there has to be a better way.

There's an easy to access port in the trunk. The whole light assembly comes out with ease, Just remove the port cover, access the light from the inside, unscrew the light holder, then remove the whole assembly including the bulbs. It will only take a few seconds to replace the bulb.
